American VI: Ain’t No More Grave by Johnny Cash: Country/Americana. The final album in the American series and the second to be released after the great man’s death follows the formula of the others in the series. The song choices just don’t seem to be quite as strong as on the other albums in the series, and once again his voice is weaker, but this just adds to the slightly macabre air that pervades the album.
